I replaced the original dashboard of my Honda X11 with an Acewell 2853 model, because I didn't like the look of the factory speedometer.

The Acewell unit came with a speed sensor which would have required to be mounted at the front wheel. But I didn't want to do that due to aesthetics.

So I tried to drive the Acewell with the bike's speed sensor, but unfortunately it didn't work. The indicated speed was way too high even when I was rolling in first gear.

Then I came across the SpeedoHealer website, and a few emails later I ordered a custom SpeedoHealer.

I connected the SpeedoHealer between the bike's speed sensor (via the supplied plug-in harness) and the Acewell unit.

After calibration, everything works perfect, and the bike looks the way I wanted!
